Double Punch Savings

What should we do if the "double punch" isn't calculated at checkout? For example: Dreamlight Stranded https://www.daz3d.com/stranded is regular price $19.95 So, it's on sale @ 50% off for $9.99 My regular 3 punch savings of 30% off would bring it to $6.99 But at "double punch" is supposed to be 58% off which should bring it to $4.20 but it shows in my cart at $6.99 which is only the normal punch price. Am I supposed to enter a code or anything? Sorry... I still don't know how the sales work completely yet.

The double punch is only for the 'Debut New Releases', not for all new products. Which means it'll only be applied to the 10 products listed right under Debut New Releases:

i think it was yesterday or so, it listed a couple of categories it applied to. It appears its changing every day.
