Greetings.
Per title, I was wondering if anybody knows the name of this guy over here - https://www.daz3d.com/hs-fade-with-spike-hair-and-beard-for-genesis-9-genesis-8-and-81-males
Furthermore, I'm looking for this specific hair style. I though I found it with Linday's Long Wet Hair but, seems different non the less - https://gcdn.daz3d.com/p/61601/i/alistair-hd-for-genesis-8-male-13-daz3d.jpg
Thank you in advance!

Not answered, but some suggestions here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/641796/
That hair is the long wet hair, but it looks like the hair shader is just different than the default. Any blonde iray hair shader would get you that look.
You have my thanks!
That was my first guess too. But from the promotional picture you see listed above, it seems that the hair is mirrored. I did check the product and it doesn't seems to be an option for that, unless the person who did the promo picture, actually mirrored the render.
either the hair of the render is likely mirrored. you can mirror hairs by simply scaling them on the X axis -100%
You know, I had a thought; that hair might be this one: https://www.daz3d.com/viktor-long-locks-for-genesis-3-and-8 But I don't recall that hair having lengthen morphs and it's certainly not dforce. Perhaps if this is the correct hair, whoever did that promo edited it themselves to get the length/drape.
That ... I didn't know!
So with a -100% on the X, the hair flips around keeping everything else in check? Morph and movements?
Could it be that by removing the limiter on the "shorten" value and dragging it into the negative, it will extend the lenght?
Just a random though
It might. I could try it out for you later today and post a test.
Well you can turn off limits on Victor hair's shorten morph and dial it into the negative. However, you very quickly run into clipping issues. Here it is at -200% and then -500%. And none of the movement morphs are sufficent to correct the clipping.
I suppose you might be able to use Mesh Grabber to pull it out of the figure's body, or try and make it dforce with a carefully painted weight map and then draping it on a timeline so the hair grows as the timeline progresses. But I cannot say for sure as i don't own mesh grabber and I'm not good enough with dforce weight maps to try that.
And just to check I tried mirroring Long Wet hair -100% on the X axis and it works just fine.
You've actually convinced me that this is the Victor hair. If you look closely at the promo image, it doesn't look like it's been simulated; it looks like it's been lengthened and then adjusted around the figure's pose with a d-former or similar to make it stop clipping. You can also see some of the mesh tubes very clearly in the promo, and they're the same -- look:
I might still recommend the dForce hair over this one to someone who wanted to recreate the effect without having to manipulate the mesh themself, though!
Thanks for checking it out in such lenght!
I'll give it a shot and see what is what!
