What's the Secret for Rendering Dynamic hair?

Whenever I try to render "dynamic hair" it always looks kinda pixelated. I tried using Daz render "HIGH settings but I can't figure out what I need to do to make it look like hair. What am I missing?

The whole render looks noisy. I think you need to let it render longer.
  • Is that the Max time slider? (Sorry if this is a dumb question)

In Render Settings > Progressive Rendering you have 3 stop criterias:

Number of samples, time and converged pixels.

As soon as one is reached the render stops. Which that has been reached can be seen in the log.

  • If you set Max Time to 0, it will run as long as it needs to to meet the other Render Settings criteria.
