Trying to install Poser Pro 2010

I'm trying to install Poser Pro 2010 on my Windows 10 and it won't excute the exe. I've never had this issue before when installing it on other computers.

I upgraded to Windows 10 after I had installed Poser, so I can't directly address your issue, not having experienced it myself. However, there are a few things you can try....
If there is an option to run the installer in 'compatibility mode' (try right-clicking the installer .exe icon and look for a 'run in compatibility mode' option, or words to that effect), try that. Select the latest version of Windows that the installer ran successfully under.
I originally installed (re-installed, actually) several versions of Poser when I re-imaged my hard disk to run Windows 8/8.1. I discovered that there were compatibility issues between Windows 8 and Poser 8 (wouldn't install at all!), and Poser 9 (installed, but warned of 'issues' -- and sure enough...!) The earliest version for which I got a clean install was Poser 10. Poser Pro 2012 is, essentially, "Poser 10 on steroids", and I was able to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions without incident. And both run flawlessly, even after I upgraded to Windows 10. (I wish I could say that about Poser 11 Pro!)
Since Poser Pro 2010 is essentially a bulked-up incarnation of Poser 9, it's likely that there are compatibility issues with Windows versions above 7; Windows 8 was notorious for that! And since Windows 10 is, for all practical purposes, Windows 8 re-branded (the most significant changes are primarily cosmetic), those issues apparently were inherited by the new release.
I wish I had better news for you, but it sounds to me like you're a candidate to upgrade to Poser Pro 2012, at least. (Amazon.com is offering the hybrid version -- both PC and Mac in the same package -- for $102.99, as of the time of this posting; Smith Micro is still selling it for $499.)
