G8M Hoodies?

LoonyLoony Posts: 1,817

Hi, I need such a hoodie:

https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-core-zone-outfit-for-genesis-9

For G8M.

I try right now the "dforce-comfy-hoodie-for-genesis-8-females" from Rendo, but it cause ugly "breast effects" on a male body.

I LOVE Hoodies, so I'm a bit disappointed that hoodies for males aren't excisting there, also hoodies without the belly pocket.

Do I miss them and they excist? G3M could maybe also work, IF they have dforce.

I don't know if this helps but

    https://www.daz3d.com/urban-survivors-for-genesis-3-male-s-and-female-s

    and

    https://www.daz3d.com/dystopian-hd-outfit-for-genesis-8-and-81-males

No, a simple Hoodie, no zippers or even more details.

    Just a sweater with hood.

    No zippers allowed.

And I don't think I can convert G9, because my Daz3D is not even updated to load G9^^.

I use 4.20. And I don't really want to buy a G9 cloth just to convert it down, which then also maybe requires a converter.

Do you have this product -https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-cross-figure-resource-kit ... a nice product for converting garments cross F/M with more accurate morph projection ~

And these old ones are still my favorites as I'm more or leass a hoodie lover as well ~~

    https://www.daz3d.com/i13-hq-hoodie-for-the-genesis-3-female-s

No problem with auto-fit and dForce modifier could be also added...though that'll take some time.

For Comfy Hoodie, have you simulated it with the figure? It should be fine after simulation.

I read it as also a request for "hoodies without the belly pocket".

Actually the pockets on some of the products can be easily hidden, then manipulate the hoodies in various ways. Do not limit possibilities...

There are a few suggestions for a G8M hoodie in this thread that might be worth looking at:

EDIT: The "HTW Hooded" in red is the H&C Hoodie.

Soo a bit activity here, yaii! I have the H&C Hoody but I picked my comfy hoody now.

I didn't started using dforce, I just saw the breast region effect in the scene.

I like the red hoodie, is that the H&C one? The G3F : https://www.daz3d.com/hoodie-skinny-jeans-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s is standard not marked as "dforce".

The tool says: "The Genesis 8 Cross-Figure Resource Kit provides the tools and information that enable developers " But I'm not a dev. so is this still something for me? I have a few crossdressing and converter tools, but I just use always autofit^^ unless a outfit have serious problems, then I try to use a script, if it is worth the effort.

I did disabled the pocket surface on my Comfy Hoody.

I checked also your thread Havos, but I think I stay on mine, but I don#t understand why there are no hoodies for man :<

I wear 90% only Hoodies, because I LOVE to put stuff in my pocket on my belly, also being able to use the hood when it gets cold or rainy, to stay a bit protected.

Working backwards, I am not fond of hoodies.  I have glasses and putting something over my head is a chore. I like openings since I tend to get too warm easily.  I live in a place where 50 degrees F is freezing and rare and 80 degrees F is burning hot so discomfort from cold and rain is also rare.  They look slubby to my eyes and there is little that pairs with them without looking sloppy.
Everyone can use the Cross Resource kit.  Here is a product that uses it https://forum.daz3d.com/orbital-suit-for-genesis-8-females

I live in a area where we use Celsius which is much smarter xD... 0 = cold 100 = fire :D

So noo idea what your temperatures are :P

I wear also glasses my friend too and she also love hoodies, even if she is blind without her glasses, but the comfort of putting stuff in the pocket or just your hands is nice.

I love the chilled look of Hoodies, I don't want to look like a Bank manager ;)

Young sheldon (a movie) does wear such adult clothes and it's horrible... so "stern/strict.

I love it cold :D I live in North Germany, my living room is usually around 16-17°C (60-62F)  in this winter we had around -5°C as "cold days" (still 23F for you... 23°C would be for ME HOT xD... I don't like 20+)

Yes, it is H&C, and with pocket hidden. It has no dForce, I just added dForce modifer to it. hoodie-skinny-jeans for G3F has no dForce either (very few G3F's clothing has dForce) and its pockets shouldn't be hidden as there's a big hole behind the pocket, haha ~

Actually the product can be used for both developers and users. 1st, it has better projection result (around chest / hip / crotch...) than auto-fit. 2nd, 3 steps for saving 3 IDs only, then you can freely fit clothing across genders with no auto-fit pops up. TBH, it's not a must2have product but it was nicely designed anyway. As I said above, auto-fit can work pretty well in most cases...so at the end of the day, it's always up to your preferences.smiley

I tested the H&C it looks nice, but the hole was a problem.

I'm happy with my Hoodie now.

I tried to copy the outfit as good as possible :) I used the original Micky Maus head, the one on the real hoodie has a spooky look with the full black eyes :o

But I'm very happy with the result in all :)

I attached the base img of my version. (requires the comfy hoody from renderosity)
