Is there a way to containerize files for characters?

I'm using Skin Builder 8 which I absolutely adore because it has saved me so much time. However, because I've been using it for a while and will sometimes be indecisive about which makeup or eyebrows I want, the directory with all these unused surfaces are now ungodly big (almost 15GB). I saw that there is a button to clean up temp work files but I don't want to just delete everything when a lot, almost all, of my female characters have been in some way touched by this program. Do I really have to go one by one to save all these surfaces or is there a similar way?
