I just completed a "Database Reset" and "Re-import Metadata" - Smart Content is blank.

I just performed a "Database Reset" and "Re-import Metadata", but my Smart Content tab is empty.

What did I do wrong? How can I fix this?

I remember doing this in the past to refresh the database, but never had this problem.

at the bottom of the window does it say 'start cms'? Mine does that sometimes and I have to turn it back on after reimporting.
