I got an email about a discounted computer. It has 1tb of HDD and options to make 32 gb of ram. Both the 1tb and 32 gb of ram will be $65 total. Is that a good deal?

An unsolicited email? Almost certainly not.
It is actually not an unsolicited email. I have been in contact with this company for months trying to get the right deal.
Any computer you buy (presuming it's a PC) needs at least an 8th generation Intel processor or an AMD proicessor that supports the Trusted Platform Module in order to run Windows 11; Windows 10 support ends next year.
List of supported AMD processors:

$65 sounds too good to be true not knowing other details.
Good Luck!
It is actually from a company that gives computer at discounted computers for low income people and families.
OK. See my note on the Windows 11 supported processoers. Good Luck!
