Genesis 8: Can't find basic controls, sliders not working, help needed
Hi, I'm a newbie.
I can't find a slider to bend just one knee of a Genesis 8 figure.
I would expect Flex Quad Left and Flex Quad Right to do that, but these two sliders have no effect.
Both Flex Glute Clench sliders have no effect either.
Neither can I find a slider to bend elbows.
Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

You want to have a Shin Bend. Alt + Shift + U, select Left Shin of the figure, in Parameters pane, dial Bend.
Flex Quad Left / Right properties are automatically triggered by Shin Bend with negative values. But they'll still work if you manually dial them..
As for bending elbows, you want to have a Forearm Bend, select Left Forearm, then Bend.

How do you get the vertical tabs to be displayed small and neatly next to each other? In my version of Daz3D they are so big and so decorated that I must scroll up and down to discover them :-(
I just use a Style named "Highway". You can go to: Window - Style - Select Style, to try the style and others, see which one you like.
