You have a data folder next to My Library because you have DAZ other also listed as a library, hence the nested runtime issue. This is a quick and simple fix. Take the Data, People, and Runtime folders and move them into My Library, then take Daz Other off of your content library listing leaving F:\LINDA\DAZ other\My Library as your library in the library tree.
Do the same for folders within \studio. The goal after that is to merge Daz Other\My Library with \studio\My Library. You choose which one you want to keep, and copy the contents of the one you don't want, to the one you do want, then remove the one you don't want from your drive/library listing.
After doing all of this, you'll need to go into Daz and do a search known directories for content, and possibly re-import your metadata. That should update everything (providing you have no other nested folders that aren't seen yet).
/edit
I also just noticed you have both F:\Daz Other and H:\Daz Other. Is one a link/shortcut to the other, or do you have 2 separate physical folders? If they're separate physical folders, you'll need to merge those as well and pick a drive. If one's a link to the other, remove the shortcut link version from the content library listing and just keep the actual physical folder mapped.

Thanks a lot for a thorough description!
All this is scary for yours truly who's more of an artist than a geek. I've copied your instructions and will give it a dare when there's the next upcoming holiday and I can make a back-up and then will have the time to go over this carefully and minimize the risk to make misstakes.
How do I re-import metadata by the way, are there any instructions for that to be found somewhere?
First, if you have your own categories set, on the content library tab click the little paper icon in the corner (looks like 3 lines) > content db maintenance > export user data. This will back up your self-set categories (you can skip this step if you've never categorized things manually).
To re-import the metadata, go back into content db management and select re-import metadata. On the following screen, make sure Userdata is checked @ the top (if you had any from above), make sure All Products is checked, at the bottom > user data overrides product data (again, more sensitive if you have Userdata to import); selecting to show items as new is up to you. Click ok. Depending on how much content you have, it may take a bit to import it all.
Thanks again, Vaskania for your patience and for clear instructions. This is scary for me, I tend to stay away from tinkering too much (or the result may be as above...)
Hey, if all else fails, do what I did when I upgraded from 4.0 to 4.5 last month. Wipe your entire library and start from scratch with the Daz Install Manager. Thing solved a lot of headaches for me, but I also had to re-download everything for the DUF format. lol
