How do I change the color of this jumpsuit to white without losing the image details like the stitching? Changing the difuse doesn't do anything.

What happens if you remove the orange image map? If the stitching is on a bump map, then that should be good enough. However, if the stitching is on the main image map then you'll need to edit it in an image editing program and save it as a new file.
