Q about Jepes modern majlis

A question about this product - https://www.daz3d.com/jepes-modern-majlis - where can I find a list of the various props? 
I want to know f.i. if the various flower pots are incluided and if the fireplace is a separate prop or incorporated with the wall.

You can check the list of files in the readme to see which ones have separate data files (ie geometry): http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/93328/file_list

Fireplace and flower pots seem to have their own geometry so even if they don't have their own loading files you can likely extract them from the preloaded scene and save them as a subset

I really wish the promos had a top view, so I could better visualize the space.
