DAz Studio 4.8 disappeared

Replaced by 4.6. DIM still Shows Studio 4.8 installed> Any ideas?

    What system are you on? I'm wondering if this is just some goofy documentation errors.

    For example, I've not seen this issue at all with 64-bit Daz 3D for OS X.  Inside of DIM, it lists "DAZ Studio 4.8 (Mac 64-bit)".  Right-clicking and selecting "Show Installed Files..." at least has the header wrong for the app section.  The header text is "DAZ Studio 4.5 (64-bit)"

    The actual application itself is marked with version 4.8.0.59 (Finder Info window as well as the About box).

    So when you mention "replaced by 4.6", what does that mean? Are you perhaps just seeing some incorrect metadata? Or in fact, your 4.8 installation somehow vanished? Do you also have 4.6 still installed? We'll need more details to help troubleshoot.

    It's Win 7. I haven't had any issues. I don't know where the 4.6 came from. It was truly 4.6 version (i.e. w/o Iray etc). DIM still showed DS 4.8 installed, so I uninstalled / reinstalled through DIM and everything was returned.

    I had just bought some store product and installed through DIM.

    Did you used to have 4.6 installed?

    Are you sure Windows didn't have some sort of 'fit' and do a rollback?
