New Iray Grass/Rock Shader is Not Working At All

Bought this a few days ago:

But it is not working at all. The grass shaders, the rock shaders, even the included Bonus scene all give me blank colored geometries with no images attached to their texture places and all I get from everything in this product is a blank colored canvas. I'm not new to shading with Iray, so I have no idea what is going on and why it's not working. Anyone else have this problem?

By the way this was installed using the DIM.

    I hate to bring bad news but....I'm pretty sure that is not an Iray product. Which is a shame because I've used it in the past for 3dl and its lovely.

    The shaders are a great pack for 3DL but are not for IRAY. However, if you can't use them remember that unless punch discounts were used you can return them for a refund  for up to 30 days from the purchase date. .

    If you are using Iray, I've used http://www.daz3d.com/g3d-da-grass-and-plant-pack , and surprisingly it renders WAY faster, and looks way better, than trying to do the same thing with a shader.

    I suspect http://www.daz3d.com/grassy-grounds-megapack will also work well, but I haven't personally tried it.

    I can second the grass product Will suggested. I've used it in promos and really adore the look it gives when your looking for a fringe of grass in the forground or in front of other items.

    Oh man, I should have read it closer. I totally thought this was for Iray *face palms*

    Yea, but I don't know, I might use it for 3Delight. :) It was not very pricey so I guess I'll keep it.
