Congratulations to all the winners of Carrara Challenge # 21! Everybody (as usual) made great works though... so you should ALL be proud of your works!
Congratulations everyone - great images from all again this month.
Oh, no, lol, I did it again, now I have to think about choosing new theme, certainly not an easy task for my lil' brain
Congrats everyone and thank you all for the votes, much appriciated
Well done all entries - and particularly the winners!
Well done everyone. :)
Nice work, loved all the entries!!! Well done Pimpy.
Looking forward to what you come up with 5ifth element :)
Very nice entries. (Sighs, watches spare creative time slip through his fingers)
Thanks for the votes & congrats to the challenge prize getters...
Looking forward to the next challenge while I think of something for the Rendo Carrara challenge...
so many challenges and no trifle left...
Congratulations to FifthElement and all of the participants. Thank you to everyone who acknowledged my entry. I am truly humbled to be in the same company as these amazing artists.
BTW - we haven't had a challenge in which people had to use either a formula or a metaball.
I think you have misspelt Meatball....
I thought that. I was looking forward to seeing renders of plates of digital spaghetti garnished with meatballs.
Hnmpf. Finally made a metaball object. Thanks diomede!
Nice Dart...
Metaaaa - balling

still can't find reverse
So Cool, Stezza! Rock On!!!
Oh... about reverse. If that's a Metaball 283467-T Super-Freighter, see that panel to the right of your right knee when you're sitting perfectly straight in the pilot's chair? Look at the crossword-puzzle-looking batch of crystalline, colored buttons. Count three over from the left, then five buttons down. If that button is colored yellow, pushing it once will provide a slow ease from whatever speed and direction you're currently moving to reverse speed slow. If it's red, look at the next button to the right, then two buttons down from that. If that one is yellow, it will do the same procedure mentioned above. If that first button I've led you to is green, it's the next button up and one to the left, no matter what color it is. If the first button was red, and the next one I've led you to is anything but yellow, look at the far upper left button. It can only be one color: Blue. If it's lit, it will provide the same procedure mentioned except that there will be a short pause between coming to a stop and moving forward. Pushing it a second time will cease the pause immediately upon pressing it that second time, even if it hasn't stopped yet. If it isn't lit, press it three times quickly. In about one-to-three seconds it should become lit, at which time you may use it to perform the maneuver.
The manual will tell you more - that's just what I remember from those days when I was prospecting on Sub-Torell, out beyong the Rishi Maze. Don't tell anyone, but I never did memorize all of those darned maneuvers. Just the ones I needed to get the job done! ;)
spacey :)
