Reality 4...HELP!

Hey all! So I purchased Reality 4 for DAZ Studio and after I installed it I tried to open up DAZ Studio 4.8, it crashed....I must be doing something wrong in the installation process and I was wondering if you guys could tell me specifically how and where I should install it...I know it lists three different places you have to install certain parts of the plugin when you open up the installer...something like: what version of daz studio you're installing it to, where you install the lights and accessories, and then where you put the plugin itself...I was also involved with beta testing the software before I purchased it and I tried to uninstall all the beta software, but maybe I missed something...Idk...if anyone has any ideas of suggestions, I would really appreciate it! Lol, I'm kinda horrible at all this technical stuff!

    post this question there as the majority of Reality users tend to commiserate there along with the developer of the software.

    since this is a Mac/Windows software package you may wish to provide your computer's OS and version (Windows 10 64 bit, Mac OS 10.11.2, etc.) and where you have it installed and any troubleshooting steps you've taken so we can better assist you.
