This error message may occur on 64 bit operating systems when the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not properly configured.
You probably need one of these. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/search?query=Microsoft%20Visual%20C%2B%2B%20Redistributable%20Package
The problem exists because DIM is 32bit and you have win 7 64bit. There is a missing 32 bit .dll that your computer needs
What exactly DLL I need? You give me search page, but there a lot of links. All Microsoft Visual C++ Packages I install. I have installed https://yadi.sk/i/qKVCzZUDmJP4p
I think it depends when your computer was built. I seem to remember I used this one when I had a similar problem

These are all from Microsoft, as you can see, and are the Official way of sorting out this kind of error.
I am not even going to click on the link you have given, as I have no indication as to what it is.
My guess is that it is the 2008, there are two version installed on your machine.
Reinstall Windows. Install Unity first and after that install DAZ Install Manager on disk C: and it start work. So not have exact desigion on that problem. Now I have such Microsoft Visual C++ https://yadi.sk/i/RaAvhMgUmKmkL
