PC membership is not active

I am not seeing any of my pc membership benefits, though in the account section it says my membership is active. it says the next payment is for 9/3/2012, but today is the 8/30/2012. Why is my membership terminated now.


I am trying to figure out if I can pay for September's membership but will not know until Tuesday at the earliest. Monday is a bank holiday.


How long do I have until I can renew my membership without having to rejoin. thirty days from today or thirty days from the 3rd?

    The same thing happened to me yesterday and I was told it happened to a few people. If you contact support, they should be able to sort it for you. They did for me.
