SkyDome has grid lines

Morning, I wonder if someone can help. I was playing around with StoneMason's sky dome from the Enchanted Forest set and put it over a scene I was working on. I then went into the surfaces tab for the dome and changed the background PIC to an hdri image I made in Vue. Rendered great but I can see grid lines from the dome on my sky. Changed to a normal JPEG (non hdri) and got the same results. Has anyone got any ideas on what is causing this?. Thanks to anyone who can assist

Forgot to mention, in rendering in 3DLight not Iray!
Try applying subdivision to the dome. Select the dome in the Scene pane. Then use the context menu Edit->Geometry>Convert to SubD...
You can find some other hints here.
Awesome I'll give that a try. Thank you barbult
! I too have seen this happen and I thought it was "just me", thanks.
Yep applying SubD to it did the trick! Thank you
Great to hear that you got it worked out! Thanks for replying with the good news.
In 3DL this can also happen if the render settings Shading Rate is too high, lowering it will fix it most times without having to Sub-D anything
This can also happen if rendering using ambient occlusion in 3DL. There is a "bias" parameter that can be adjusted which can help get rid of it without subdivision.
