Outfit and ears

Hi, where can I find the outfit on the right? The leopard print one and the ears? The photo appears as the promo for item bundle Hanako 9 Alt Shape Bundle | Daz 3D, as far as I can tell that only includes 3 body shapes, no clothes or items??

Always look at the desciption for whats included since most promos include more than just the actual product
