Copy pose from figure to another figure in animation timeline without erasing animation?

Copy pose from figure to another figure in animation timeline without erasing animation?

Its the same figure just a duplicate in scene, I had made a pose that I want a walk animation to transition in to at the end of it.

Whenever I copy the figure pose and add it to the other with the walk animation, it clears the walk animation.

I cooould manually redo the pose but I'd rather not if I can find a solution.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
