Trying to create character from image

Hello everyone, I come to you with an interesting search, I was touring through my old deviant favs and I guess a user decided to go AI.I did like the image and I found this image. 

Now I've seen this facial structure in the world (The real one), I'm not sure which ethnicity to look for or exact terms and I'm trying to figure out which genesis 8/9 character or shapes I need to obtain to get a similar shape and features. I could really use any pointers, skin textures, heads to use for it please, thank you!

A good starting point would be one of VincentXyooj or JavierMicheal characters. They both tend toward that look.
