Who Is This Character from Sale Banner?

Hey Folks!  I saw a sale a couple months or so ago and one of the promo images had a character on it I would love to pick up.  Trouble is, there wasn't any info on it in the advertisement and the DAZ Support team has sent me over here to see if anyone might know which character/morph/combo thereof this character is?  Any ideas!?  Thanks!

It looks a bit like Victoria 9 with either a dark skin used or her own skin darkened (no idea how to do it).

The darker lighting would explain why she looks darker in your image than in her own main promo.
