Same problem, no matter if one or four are put into cart, only DAZ Horse 2 is priced correctly.
I love that Burger Restaurant and now I will put it on my wish list to buy someday in the future.

The other three look right, so I would suepect it is a clash with another promo (though I thought the prices were gernated from a dummy cart, so not sure how that would work).
When I added only 4 Lightning Deals items to my cart, 3 of them became $5.99. This price is incorrect.
When I added 2 more items from Pick-a-deal to my cart, the 3 LD items and the 2 additional items became $4.99.
It seems that when an item listed in Pick-a-deal is also selected for LD, the Pick-a-deal price takes precedence over the LD discount.
It's likely the fault of the Grab Bag's 'Discount does not stack with other offers' rule.

I wish they would fix the system that selects items for Lightning Deals when they don't stack with other discount offers like FastGrab or this Pick-a-deal.

The LD is different for everybody so one item may be part of another promotion causing the issue which is why a ticket is needed.
Whatever You suspect, the shown price in the offer isn't what comes up in the cart. So whatever the reason for it, it's not sold as advertised
That is why we said the only way it can be fixed is to summit a ticket for a refund. There is nothing we are capable of doing, besides reporting it, which we did.

With Daz churning out these "character" and "add-on" bundles for the sake of the Premier program, can we get a "complete the bundle" sale to clear them out at no cost? There are so many of them that it's becoming cumbersome to browse the catalog again - it's filled with these "not new" bundles comprised of previously released products that many of us have already purchased.
The current (!) LD offer I get seems okay in the cart. Nothing there I would want to buy, though...

I believe the issue has been fixed.
Currently, there is one product on my LD that seems to be included in the Grab Bag list, and this product shows the same price in the cart as it does on the LD.

I still have not heard from Customer Support about this. I purchased the "free" item on Dec 22. No one has responded to my ticket.

Tickets can take longer during big sales like these. Plus with the holidays, there will be fewer staff around. I would give a while longer. However, if you have not received an acknowledgment email, you may wish to file another ticket.

Are there any actual free items every 4 hours? I have seen one yesterday and one today, and that's been it..

You have to unselect "Hide items I own" to see the full list of freebies being offered for 4 hours, and they do change. They are just the freebies offered earlier in the month.
Well, it's only 20 minutes past rollover on New Year's Eve, but the store appears to be a bit ... distressed at the moment.
The freebies carousel is showing "inactive" for almost everything, and clicking on one of the Inactives takes you to an OOPS page.
The alleged 2.99 Little Black Dress by Tauna goes into the cart at $9.09 for me. (Might be more or less for others, depending on punch card discount.)

A glittering firework display of failures at the end of the year, yeah! The Holidaz of the Day is charged at full (punch card) price, the freebies I already have are ‘inactive’ (I hope I can still download them), and you have to spend $200 to get a modest 20% discount. Well then: Happy New Year...
Same here. The carousel link populates 3, no, now it's only 2 items, and the individual products each link to an oops page.
And Debut New items are showing no discount whatsoever on the sale page or their individual pages. They do discount when put into the cart, however.

The server is likely stuck at one point of its morning routing: the Debut New items are also not viewable on the shop main page, which they usually are an hour after the start of a new day.
