question about Safyrana hair

This is supposed to work with V4 and the shop page says it comes with a "V4 version installer" but I don't see anything like that.  Can anyone explain how a product like this works with V4?

    You should see a file called something like this  Mada Hair V4 Ps  (this one is for the new hair in the store)

    Thanks, but can you be more specific?  I don't find anything like that, either in content lists or on the computer.  Shouldn't something like this be a little more obvious?

    If you use DIM, check if it is in the "Ready to Download" list.

    Maybe your filters are blocking it from downloading?

    That was the first place I checked.  It does not appear to me that any filtering is blocking it.  It seems this should be simpler.

    And the second thing you did was go to your Product Library page for Safyrana Hair to see what files are available to download?

    If you did then most likely there are three or four zips listed:
    Safyrana Hair
    Safyrana Hair PoserCF
    Safyrana Hair V4 Ps
    and possibly - Safyrana Hair for Genesis 2 Female(s) and Victoria 4 Templates

    Try using the "Download and Install" button for the "Safyrana Hair V4 Ps" and see what happens (if you haven't already)
    If it doesn't show in DIM after that then maybe there is a filter blocking it.

    I don't have this product so may have got the exact file names wrong but they will be close.

    The V4 version might be considered as a Poser item and not show up if you have selected to see only DS items in DIM.
