Merchant Resource, Whats The Deal?

Okay so can someone please explain to me the finer points of what [Merchant Resources] are and how products labled this why are meant to be used?

Merchant Resources are products that you can use however you want for your own personal use, and can also be included in your own products for sale if you meet certain terms. For example, a merchant resource for skin textures might require you to alter the skin in some way, a tiling texture might require you to apply it to the UV map of an article of clothing so that a purchaser of your product can't extract the original tiled texture, and so on. Most merchant resources also require that your products must be sold, not given away.

So you need not nesscarily be a merchant to use then then? Also, thank you.

Yes, you can do whatever you want with them (within the terms of whatever license(s) apply) for your own personal use. Only merchant resources, however, can be used to make products for sale.
