I need help with this- Limbs solid white in Iray

The legs, the arms, just fully white. Why? There is now geoshell, nothing. Chnage the skin, it's fine. Add the old one, back to the white limbs. Did I just lose all access to this figure?

Maybe some more information such as:

- which figure is it?

- is this what she look just loaded?

- what does it look like if you look at the surfaces tab for the arms?

- if you look in the log (Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File), do you then get any errors when you load her?

Check the arms surfaces, it might be that overlay weight is dialed up. If so, just dial that down to 0.
