Pose Architect & selling poses

Can the poses made with the help of Pose Architect be sold as commercial products? Also, are there any guidelines regarding what can or cannot be done regarding selling poses?

Presets for the pose Architect properties would be fine, baking them down to the base transforms would not. Unless it is a mechant resource product used in accordance with its specific terms you can't use other pose sets as part of a pose set for distribution, and Pose Architect is a set of poses linked to controllers. In general if the use of ProductX in the creation of a new ProductY requires users of productY to have ProductX installed it is probably OK, but if it removes the need to have ProductX then it probably isn't.

I have a question related but not about selling: is it possible (as in is it legal to do it) to share as a freebie a pose for a prop (a bike in my case) if the pose is based on a conversion to Genesis 9 of the one provided with the bike (that pose was for Genesis 8) ? Or do I need to start from the base pose and move every bone myself ?

I'm asking because I did some modifications (the conversion still got the hands and foot at the wrong place due to the size difference between G8 and G9 even after scaling down the bike) and the end result is a pose that still need the bike to be useful.

Yes.  If you move every bone,  then you have created that pose,  and then you can sell it,  or give it away for free.  That's what creating a product means.
