site question/ user agreement

I have a new computer and a new 3d program, I'd like to access some of my old orders to redownload but 'product library' takes me to the user agreement, I click submit to agree and nothing happens. Am I missing someyhing here?

You should be able to click the agreement and go straight to your account...and product library.
