Odd outline with Togatta Hair

The attached image shows the togatta hair in render. You can clearly see through it, and there's an outline of the head. I've tried every setting. Any thoughts?

Here's the link to the hair:

It's a strand-based hair... The outline is hair cap. If you render it, there'll be no such an issue. But if you want to Iray preview it in Viewport, you need to turn on Preview PR Hairs, set Viewport Line Tessellation Sides to 3+, on both Togatta Hair and Togatta Short Hairs.

After loading the hair the setting "Generate PR Hairs" is Off: This is how this looks for a full Iray render:

After switching the setting to On this is my result:

And this is with the new Omni Hair Shader:

Weird. The picture I shared was not from the preview port. It was a full render.

EDIT: Never mind. I went into that scene and realized that, indeed, Generate PR Hairs was off, and once it was turned on, that took care of the skull showing through even with backlighting.

I took for granted that everything is well set there... but as markusmatern mentioned, Generate PR Hairs property is off, which should've turned on. You just turn it on, render should be fine.
