Hi

having Installed https://www.daz3d.com/fg-haunted-house-props  it seems to have created a new category called props in smart content at the same level as all products so that when i now go to smart content all i get with the installed tab is "default" and "Props" (which is the one containing just the haunted house rocking chair), i have to open default to see the rest of my product library anyone else???

I swear it didnt do this before.

I don't have this particular product, but https://www.daz3d.com/dd-pbr-painted-metal-shaders-for-iray-vol-1 did the same, creating a new main directory, shaders. I never really bothered reporting it, thinking it's a singular case of wrong meta data (all other Digital Deliriums shaders are in the Default folder's Shader section), but now that you mention it, it makes me wonder what might be the cause.

I assume its a meta data issue and I sort of fixed it by going to the content library-> catgories and just deleting it (I have several rocking chairs so no loss) but messing with menus is annoying.

It's most likely a Metadata issue. Can you put in a ticket so they can look at it and get it corrected, please?
