I have a mess of asset folders and I would like to organize them!
Are there any tips, links, documentation etc that would help me with clean install and reorganize everything?
thank you!

What sort of folders - asset (Data) or product? Are you wanting to consolidate multiple content directories or move things within a single content directory? Poser format, DAZ Studio Format or both?
Hi Richard
Honestly I don't use either very often, but I have both. To make it easier, if I could end up with a clean DAZ install and folders that would be great. I only need to organize the App and the content/products (mainly characters, poses, etc that I've purchased from the DAZ store).
This is on a Mac that has been around for awhile and I see runtime, content and data folders in very odd places. A fresh start with just DAZ would make life easier.
If I were to toss all of my installation, and reload from the DAZ store is that the easiest? Do I have the option of where to store the files or is it best to let the install manager use the defaults?
If I find other products on my computer that aren't in the store, will the install manager handle these. I do see the note on the install manager about working offline, that seems like a possibility.
Any tips would be much appreciated, I am hoping to wrestle with this task tomorrow morning.
thanks for your help!
You shouldn't see the Runtime or Data folders in the content library - if you do there iss omething wrong with the installation (and that content won't work) or content directories (if you have one content directory nested isndie another, which can lead to issues). A nuke and reisntall - with unnested directories - might be cleanest, but you do need to be sure you don't nuke your own content, freebies, or content from other stores.
