Which one? There are around nine.
But it is probably a blend of Mousso characters if you are talking about the main image. I see some features in this character but I didn't look closely. https://www.daz3d.com/mso-maxine-hd-for-genesis-9 It has a lot of commonalities with other characters, as well.
You may try mixing these characters if you own them. MSO Tony's head morph should dominantly own majority of the percentage.

I checked MSO Tony in my Lib, my gut feeling... the textures are more likely from her.
