having issues installing Bryce

i'm haveing issues installing bryce from my order chart in my profile. I was wondering do i have to buy the product again in order to install it corectly

What file are you trying to install?  The main application is on the Bryce 7 page in your Product Library.

No way.

Download it from your Product Library from the blue button [manual download].

what error message are you getting?  What Operating System?
