Volumetric cone effect and radial Blur effect - Can we do these yet?

I could have sworn that Volumetrics were a thing now, but i can't find anything that will let me do the classic "Flashlight" beam effect, unless I'm just not finding it...

Also...I remember in 3Delight you could do a radial blur for propellars and such...is that possible in IRAY yet?

    If you have a concial VDB, or a regular VDB in a cone and set it to clip to the geometry, that should be  doable - though for a flashlight you would really want a more extensive VDB, with the light itself causing the conical effect as it shone through.

    No, Iray in DS does not have motion blur.
