Coupon not working
I have the $5 reward coupon from having completed the recent survey.
I used th elink in th emessagr to browse DAZ Originals, made my selection, went to check-out, added the coupon and ... yep, didn't work. Ahah, I thought, I had a couple of things in the basket, neither being a DO. So, cleared out my DO choice, finished the purchase and went back to re-add my selected DO item. And ... yep,didn't work again. Cue much head-scratching and cursing and the beginning of typing out this little epistle. Then of a sudden, the penny dropped. It was a PC item, which is excluded from the list of valid items ... can we please, PLEASE have a link that takes us to ONLY valid items; it cannot be hard to have a WHERE type = 'DAZ Original' and PC_item = 'false' on your SQL, can it?

I spent a lot of time searching for something that worked...the Blooming For Teen Josie 7 pose set was the first thing I found (it also helped that it was very cheap, too).
I've been at this for days, I'm throwing in the towel, I made sure it was a not a "PC Club" item or a "New Release" and still no go. My eyeballs hurt.
Would you post a screenshot of one of the failed carts?

Just a stupid little thought. Have you checked to make sure you haven't got a leading or trailing space when you add the coupon code.
Thanks for the suggestion! I typed it in and copied / pasted, it still didn't work.
I honestly think that the next step is a help ticket. I can see no reason why yoour cart is not working.
That cart worked with the coupon for me, are you sure you didn't accidentally check out with it on another cart? If not then yes, I think a Sales Support ticket is needed.
