(SOLVED) Install Manager Not Working (Win7 64bit)

So I created an account and it started the download for the install manager, installed that but the IM wont boot.. not sure why.

So now I'm manually downloading, but I would really prefer to use the installer. Any tricks for getting it to work? I've tried everything so far except restarting which I'll try shortly, but nothing seems to get it to work. It shows up in the task manager as running but there's no screen. I'll google around but if anyone knows how to get that going it would help a lot, thanks.

    Kill it in Task Manager, then try Running As Administrator.

    Tried already, didn't seem to work.

    EDIT: After a restart it is working now, thanks though.
