Install manager??

What is wrong with the instal manager? Trying to use it to download Bryce that I bought onsale today and it is only downloading at 0-60 kilobytes...... when it should be at least 600 or more, that and it got to about 70% after 3 hours and then gave me a message of download failed along with another product. Any thoughts on how to fix this or did they break it so that we would use the new system in 4.9?

The servers are taking a hammering today, with a massive amount of downloading happening.
Just never have seen it this bad in 3 years. Hopefully it is just that the servers are jammed up, and not that the new DL and orginization system is not the cause.
The program crashes the moment I start downloading anything on my Mac.
