DAZStudio.exe file is missing from my 4.9 installation

I have tried to install DAZ 4.9 several times now. I have done it through the DIM 3 times, and I have done a manual download and tried it that way twice. Restarting computer in between. Each time, it installs, but there is no DazStudio.exe file, so, no way to start the program (even the shortcut says its missing). I've tried reinstalling 4.8 to a different folder, so I could have at least one program working, and then when I tried to fresh install 4.9 into the Studio4 folder, it ate the 4.8 installation even though it was installed in a completely different folder, and it STILL doesn't have the starting exe file in it. I'm probably going to dump 4.9 if no one has any ideas. I have a Win7/32 system.

What security software are you using?
Avast. I turned it off to install.
I do have Kapersky Security Scan and MalWareBytes
Everything seems to be in the folder except for the actual startup program.
Only time I've seen anything like that was when a security program quarantined a file, otherwise it wouldn't just be the .exe missing. If you look at the .zip that DIM downloaded, is the .exe there?
