All Categories in DAZ Studio 4.9 Grayed out?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I installed DAZ 4.9 but I am having problems with all the Categories and DAZ Studio Formats, Poser Formats, etc., are no longer showing "Blue" to indicate that new content has been installed?  Hopefully it is not meant to work this way now?

    Yes, but items installed via Connect will bea dded to the new New group. That doesn't behave in quite the same way as the old new flags - for one thing you have to explicitly remove items from the group, which may or may not be helpful - but it can do a similar job and you can use the group to filter what shows in the content panes.
