Is there a manual for Content Management Service?

I've never used it before.  I've just installed it.  Its blank.  It shows no content.

    Unfortunately, no, there is no manual for the CMS that I am aware of.

    If none of your content is showing, you may need to tell the CMS where to find your content. Under the Content Library tab there are options available, including one called Content Directory Manager. Click on that and specify the path to your content library (or libraries if more than one). You should now be able to see your content under the Content Library tab.
