Is my nvidia IRAY GPU acceleration working?

HI guys,

I'm currently uncertain weather my GPU (660ti) is accelerating my renders?

I an trying to render 1 V7 character and 1 Genesis one character in a minimal room with just a couch. With 2 spotlights and

dome enviroment.

GPU'z says that my memory usage is 1829mb of VRAM.  My graphics card has 2048MB of vram so I don't

thing i'm hitting the VRAM limit.

GPU is maxed out when rendering but so is my CPU?

GPU only render takes 8mins but CPU render only takes 8 mins too????  I thought GPU was ment to be much faster.
System is i7 4770K, Sabertooth z87mb, Nvidia 660Ti 2gb and 16GB system memory.

I have only elected to use my GPU for renders in the settings.
I'm using the release version of daz studio 4.9.

How can I figure out whats happening???

    Looking at the log file is probably the most accurate way.

    After a render is done, the log file will say how many devices were used and what the contribution was from each.

    download GPUz; it will allow you to monitor your card's usage.

    Have you checked the card to use under render settings advanced?

    What should I be looking for???

    My card is a 660Ti 2gb. There are some issues with the memmory being assymetric so not sure how much vram daz studio sees.

    What specifically in the log file should I be looking out for?
