I am doing my test movie in 3Dlight (to save lots of time). How do I set a background and shadows for my test movie?

For 3Delight you can either create a Shadow Catcher with Shader Mixer or you can use pwCatch from the store.

It takes 2 days to make an 1800 frame movie in Iray. Just sayin...
