Gentle suggestion to keep your GPU drivers up to date

Hi folks,


I know many of us don't like to be on the bleeding edge of drivers because we want feature stability. But apparently there's a security vulnerability with Nvidia GPU drivers right now, so Nvidia are pushing folks to update their GPU driver to the latest for that reason.

    Thanks for the reminder. So, it seems that there should be no issue with Studio Version ?

    Thanks, that's a good point. They have provided a fix for the game ready driver. They do not appear to have released a fix for the studio driver yet, but I would assume they will do so in the next update to the studio driver. Here's Nvidia's security advisory so you can parse things for yourself.

    ..and they issue security updates for older drivers that still support Win7/8.1
