Possible bug? Tool settings locks docked window

Hey guys,

I've been noticing a repeatable issue in Daz 4.9. Whenever I open the Tool Settings window and dock it somewhere, I am unable to resize the pane/window in which it is docked. I just wanted to post here to see whether it may be a viable bug, or just my rambunctious computer.

Are you trying to make it larger or smaller?  Some panes have a minimal size.

It's not just in 4.9 that happens.  Some will 'lock' in 4.8, too.  And some will do it in one layout but not another.
