LIE and Rotation
I think I already know the answer to this but is there any way to rotate and LIE image besides in 90 Degree increments? For instance, if I wanted a bloody hand print on a shirt but I'd only like to rotate it 22deg to the right so it's not straight vertical/horizontal. Just thought I'd ask.

No, for something like that you would need to use Shader Mixer to do maths on the UVs.
