Joint Editor Tool moves figure

Hi everyone. I want to move my pivot point on a figure and when i use the joint editor tool, the red moves freely and the green moves the whole figure. How do i get the green to move freely so i can therefore move the pivot point. I was able to do this before but now i can't. Thanyou so much for help.

    The figure will move if its Rotations have value(s). Zero figure's Pose (rotations) before tweaking points position ~~

    Thanks heaps for help. I had a look, and yes I can only do it when figure is zero. I suppose you can't do when figure is posed which is shame. Mabe with null group. Thanks heaps
