DIM won't install a product...

Hi all. I haven't been here in years, so please forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong place:

I'm having trouble using DIM to install the Daz to Cinema 4D plugin. DIM keeps popping up with "Retry" when I click on install. I was able to find the zip file on my drive and it's in the correct download directory. The Daz to Photoshop Bridge won't install, nor will "Scene Builder" (which I don't care about).

    That sounds as if the files are not in fact downloading properly. Are you getting asny error messages? What about if you click the gear icon at top-right to get to the log?

    If it is trying to install, these are plug-ins and so will use DIMHelper and require UAC approval (a "Do you want to allow" pop-up) before they can proceed.

    Thanks for your reply, Richard. The downloads appear to be fine. I don't get a popup when I click install. Do you know what I can do to get that popup? I'm on a Mac.

    Ah, then you need to tell gatekeeper to allow the installer (DIMHelper, not DIM itself) and I think there is an extra step - check https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/16599/the-mac-faq#latest
