Problem with all Genesis 9 Female Character now

Hi Guys, really hope someone can help me.

I loaded my female genesis 9 character and saw that the pose in the high heels was weird. The foot was bent somehow. I set everything back to zero but when I use the pose again, no matter which one, this strange pose remains on the feet.(Deformation)
In addition, this strange foot pose has now been transferred to all characters. Even if I create a completely new character, the strange pose or deformation of the foot is now there. It was spread to everyone. I've already tried a lot and also reinstalled Daz3D. The problem remains.

Lookin forward for some help <3

It sounds as if there afe a corrective morph that is kicking in, which was intended for a particular character.

Try in default pose to load a high heel pose.

Then in Parameters enable show hidden, and then click 'currently used'. One of the morphs listed should be the culprit. The name may/should show which character that has caused it.

    Good.

If it is a character sold at Daz store please raise a ticket.
