Pin not pinning - a bug?

Suddenly, it doesn't work as it used to be.
Anyone know why?

    More details, please. One obvious question is are you confusing Active Pose (a tool in its own right) and pinning with the Universal tool?

    Not active pose.

    Pin translation and rotation - The blue pin.
    It didn't pin.

    Anw, I fix the problem just  by restarting DAZ.
